A couple of weeks ago, we made an impromptu decision to take a little road trip as a family. We had just finished studying in Genesis about Noah and the flood, so we decided to take the gang down to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter!
The location is only a couple hours drive for us, so it was perfect for a day trip. Our original intent was to arrive when it opened at noon so we had plenty of time to explore the exhibits. About a month ago I stumbled onto the concept of disc-bound planners and fell down a rabbit hole of awesomeness. You see, I am an organization junkie who has always loved making lists and checking items off that list. As cheesy as it sounds, it’s cathartic for my type A personality.
